About Our Estate Planning Law Firm
The Laiderman Law Firm uses a unique process that is built around the belief that people who care make plans that work. This means designing plans that are consistent with what clients want and having a process to keep their plans up to date with changes in their family, their finances and the law. This unique process also focuses on making sure that clients’ assets and beneficiaries are consistent with their plan. Estate plans are written in plain English, and each plan is reviewed with each client page by page and paragraph by paragraph to ensure it accomplishes the clients’ goals and addresses their concerns for themselves and their family. Clients’ estate plans are completed promptly and timely.

She began her legal career at a small law firm in Carbondale, Illinois that focused its practice in the areas of family law, probate and real estate for two years before moving to St. Louis and joining The Laiderman Law Firm, P.C. in August of 1999.
Rhonda works closely with clients who are forming business entities. She keeps their corporate minute books up to date, and assists with various business and real estate transactions. Rhonda also is experienced in assisting clients in the process of settling estates and trusts.

Karen Gianino attended Jefferson College where she studied Health Care. Her background includes Medical Records and Business Office Management in Skilled Nursing Facilities. With her Skilled Nursing experience, she worked closely with Clients to assist them with the Medicaid application process.
Karen has been a full time employee at The Laiderman Law Firm, P.C., since June 2017. As a Trust Funding Coordinator, she assists the clients with the Funding Process by gathering and preparing the appropriate documents for Clients to sign so their Assets can be properly placed into their Trust.
